What happens next

  1. A supervisory officer helps you fill out a complaint form. It asks who you are and for specific details.
  2. The complaint is investigated. You may be contacted with more questions.
  3. If the investigation will take a long time, you receive a letter telling you roughly when to expect a reply.
  4. When it is finished, the Sheriff reviews the investigation and sends you a letter explaining what was found.
